Prior to joining Lotus, Chris was a senior account manager at CIBER where he successfully targeted new markets for clients in publishing, media, entertainment, healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Previously, Chris served as business development manager at digitalESP, an e-Business integration and software development services firm selling to Fortune 1000 companies in the insurance and financial services industries.

At Infotech Consulting, Chris was responsible for all sales, marketing and new business generation activities. As the Director of Business Development, he led Infotech to a 70% growth rate year after year by building strategic relationships with key software vendors, top-tier IT consultants and strategic partners across the US. Chris also created innovative sales and marketing messages that enabled both technical and sales professionals to effectively sell Infotech's solutions and services. Under his leadership, Infotech was ranked among the top fastest growing companies for three consecutive years by the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal.

Chris holds a Bachelor degree in Political Science from Dickinson College.
