Strategy:

Lotus counseled Adimos to employ a targeted media campaign to leverage and publicize its new customer relationship with Japan?¢?‚¬?„¢s Toshiba Corp as a means to introduce the company to the marketplace and validate its technology. Lotus identified exclusives with the Wall Street Journal and New York Times for the story and planned aggressive outreach to the global business and trade press.

Lotus also translated and issued the release in several Chinese dialects as well as Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Turkish and Indonesian to enhance its global reach.

Results:

  • Lotus generated more than sixty articles about Adimos including feature stories in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, International Herald Tribune, CBS MarketWatch and The Asahi Shimbun
  • The media storm led to more than fifty new business leads for Adimos in the immediate weeks following the announcement
