Lotus created a strategy for media coverage and re-launch of Consumer Reports Webwatch that centered around an announcement of new funding and a new report on the online international travel market. Lotus helped CRWW to:
Revamp its messaging and positioning
Become fully affiliated with Consumer Reports
Utilize its internal experts to drive media coverage
Create, promote and manage a series of regional events across the country to promote CRWW experts and investigative reports to the media

Results:

  • Generated hundreds of media hits on its Search, Health, and Travel research from the largest news venues in the US
  • Developed new media contacts with more than 400 reporters nationwide
  • Helped to create and successfully execute three media focused, issue-oriented conferences centered on web credibility in Dallas, San Francisco and Washington DC.
