Strategy:

?¢?‚¬?¢ Lotus worked with the client to develop a strategy and a tight work plan with concrete milestones that were used to guide us through the furiously paced work schedule and drive results along the way. Lotus managed the client throughout the process, keeping both our teams on schedule.

  • Lotus facilitated a creative naming session with the four principals of the company to break the gridlock of creating a new company name. Drawing on its location in NYC and a theme of five important points delivered with the new solution, we arrived at a new name, with new product branding and positioning: FivePoints Compliance, Inc
  • Lotus worked hand-in-hand with FivePoints to develop the brand images, marketing messages and materials needed to promote their new solution. We coordinated with an external design team, pulling in images to highlight each aspect of their solution. In doing so, we found an effective way to position each technology partner, leveraging their status in the marketplace to create a unique and complete solution, unavailable from any competitor, under a new umbrella called “The Compliance Alliance.”
  • Lotus managed the development of the launch event and garnered the attendance of key media outlets for FivePoints

 

Results:

  • The launch event was a smash success with more than 150 participants from top financial services firms. Many key members of the press were in attendance along with the FivePoints’ partners who sponsored the event.
  • Feedback from the attendees, the press and sponsors was tremendously positive, and garnered the company a nomination as “Vendor of the Year” in a top trade publication.
  • The event yielded new business leads every day for both FivePoints and its partners for more than a month following the seminar
