Tanning salon owners are furious about President Obama’s latest plan to pay for health care.
The so-called Tan Tax - a proposed 10 percent surcharge on indoor tanning bed services - will spike consumer prices in an industry already hammered by the recession, said Joshua Miller, district manager for Darque Tan in Boston.
